Every day recycling at home has an impact! It can reduce the amount of raw materials such as oil and iron ore being extracted from our environment. Making products and packaging from recycled materials uses less of these valuable raw materials. Programs like the Container for Change Scheme is helping to reduce the amount of drink containers that are littered whilst increasing Queensland’s recycling rate.
